R60-IR is a digital stepper driver developed on a 32-bit DSP platform with internal PID current control algorithm for smooth and stable motor performance. It operates on DC 24V to 48V input supply and supports adjustable output current up to 5.6A (peak) through DIP switch settings. The driver features built-in micro-segmentation technology, resonance suppression, automatic motor parameter adaptation, and S-curve acceleration control for low noise and low vibration operation. It includes 16 selectable speed settings, 2 acceleration modes, opto-isolated I/O signals, and integrated potentiometer-based speed regulation. Built-in over-voltage, under-voltage, and over-current protection ensures reliable industrial performance.
