Description

R86-IR is a high-performance digital stepper driver designed on a TI 32-bit DSP platform with an advanced PID current control algorithm for smooth and stable motor control. It supports wide input power range of DC 24V to 100V and AC 20V to 80V, making it suitable for high-power industrial stepper motor applications. The driver offers low noise, low vibration, low heating, and high-speed high-torque output with integrated micro-stepping technology. It provides 8 selectable current options up to 7.2A peak and 16 selectable speed settings with 2 acceleration options using DIP switch configuration. Built-in over-voltage, under-voltage, and over-current protection along with opto-isolated I/O ensures safe and reliable operation.
